Sullivan Disposal runs roughly 80 roll-off dumpsters and three trucks across the Tri-State. That capacity is the reason same-day delivery and same-day swap-outs are normal here rather than a favour.

Home remodels, roofing, garage and basement cleanouts, estate clearing, smaller demolition, and heavy material like concrete where weight matters more than volume.

Same-day drop-off across our primary service area, scheduling permitting. Placed where you want it, if access allows.
Seven days is standard. Need longer? Call and extend it — that’s a normal request, not a problem.
Full before you’re finished? Same-day swap-out puts an empty box in the same spot. Otherwise we haul it and you’re done.
Before you load
Most companies hand you a list of things you can’t put in the container. We’d rather you just tell us what you have.
Different material goes to different places. Some of it goes to Hilltop C&D Landfill, our own disposal site. Some of it has to go to another approved facility — and we can usually take it there. Knowing up front lets us route it correctly and quote it accurately.
So if you’ve got something unusual, mention it when you call. It’s far easier than sorting it out after the truck arrives.
Specialised hauling
Sullivan Disposal is a licensed and insured asbestos waste hauler. On abatement and demolition projects where asbestos-containing material has to be transported under compliant conditions, that qualification matters — and a lot of container companies don’t hold it.
Asbestos waste is transported to a properly approved disposal facility. It is not accepted at Hilltop C&D Landfill.
Paired with Sullivan Excavating’s abatement and demolition work, that means one organization can handle removal, transport and compliant disposal without adding another contractor to the job.
