Hilltop accepts qualifying construction and demolition debris from anyone. Contractors, independent haulers, municipalities, businesses and other roll-off companies are all welcome to bring approved C&D material directly to the site.

Why it matters
On a demolition job the debris has to go somewhere, and that somewhere sets your schedule. Long hauls burn hours. Distant sites have their own queues, their own hours and their own rules about what they’ll take on a given day.
Hilltop is a local, licensed destination for qualifying C&D material. For Sullivan projects that means disposal runs on the project’s schedule. For outside haulers it means a closer tip and more loads in a day.
Concrete and aggregate are separated for recycling where the material allows, so recoverable content comes back out rather than going in the ground.
Materials
Bringing something that isn’t on either list? Call before you load it. A two-minute conversation beats turning a loaded truck around.
Have material we can’t take here? Sullivan Disposal may still be able to haul it to another approved facility — including asbestos waste, which they are licensed and insured to transport. Tell us what you have and we’ll work out where it goes.

Yes. Hilltop is open to all outside haulers bringing qualifying construction and demolition debris. You don’t have to use Sullivan Disposal to access the site.

Pricing depends on material and volume, so call for current disposal pricing. Large-volume and recurring arrangements can be discussed.
No. Hilltop is a construction and demolition debris site. Municipal solid waste, household garbage and general trash aren’t accepted.
Asbestos-containing material is not accepted at Hilltop. Sullivan Disposal is a licensed and insured asbestos waste hauler and transports that material to a properly approved disposal facility.
Call and describe it. Sorting it out on the phone is far easier than at the gate with a loaded truck.
