ONE PROJECT, START TO FINISH
From teardown to ready ground.

Most demolition jobs get handed between three or four companies before the site is clear. Sullivan runs the sequence internally — demolition, site work, containers, hauling and disposal. Fewer handoffs, fewer delays, one number to call when something changes.

01 Demolition

Full, selective and multistory demolition for commercial, municipal and private projects.

02 Excavation

Site preparation, land clearing, grading, underground utilities and reclamation.

03 Roll-Off Service

Convenient container delivery, pickup and debris hauling for projects of all sizes.

04 C&D Disposal

A local destination for eligible construction and demolition debris and materials.

05 Complete Support

Demolition, hauling and disposal services can work together when your project requires them.

Safety and environmental responsibility

Planned carefully. Executed safely.

Sullivan’s projects usually happen next to something that has to survive — an occupied building, an active road, a live utility line, a school in session. The work is sequenced before it starts: utility coordination, traffic control, dust suppression, protection of adjacent structures, and a plan for the material coming out.

Regulated material is handled accordingly, with asbestos coordination and hazardous-material management built into the project plan rather than handled as an afterthought. Concrete and aggregate are separated for recycling where the material allows, and eligible debris is routed through company-controlled disposal.
